These terms cover vibeagents.xyz — the website you are reading. Using the site means you accept them. They will be extended before the product itself opens.
Vibe Agents is operated by Las Vibras Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13606260, registered office 3 Ash Grove, London, England, N10 3UL. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Vibe Agents” mean Las Vibras Ltd. Contact: team@vibeagents.xyz.
Vibe Agents is pre-launch. This website describes software we are building and lets you join a waitlist. There is no live product, no account, and nothing here executes a trade or takes custody of anything.
The site contains demonstrations: an agent builder preview, a simulated Pulse dashboard, example agent licenses, and an activity feed. All of it is simulated for illustration.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. We do not know your circumstances and are not advising you on them. Decisions you make with your own capital are yours.
Trading digital assets carries serious risk, including total loss of the capital involved. Automated strategies do not remove that risk — they act faster, which can cut both ways. Markets can move against a strategy, infrastructure can fail, and software can contain defects. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
When the product launches it is intended to be non-custodial: a cell holds its own capital under limits you set, and Vibe Agents does not take custody of your funds or hold the keys to them. You remain responsible for the limits you configure and the agents you choose to run.
The stages described on this site reflect what we intend to build and the order we intend to build it in. Timing and scope can change, and features can be added, delayed, or dropped. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, does not reserve anything, and creates no entitlement.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
There is no Vibe Agents token, presale, airdrop, or investment round. We will never DM you first asking for funds, keys, or a wallet signature. Our only official channels are x.com/vibeagentsxyz and t.me/vibe_agents. Treat anything else as fraudulent.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home nation’s courts. Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.
